About Us
As a leader in energy efficient building, McAlister Construction has set the standard for local sustainable construction, completing one of the first all-geothermal neighborhoods in Oklahoma. Following nearly two decades of experience in construction and development, the McAlister Construction team partnered with the Wheeler District as the original builder of residential and small commercial product and director of land development for the 10-phase, multi-decade project. Today, McAlister Construction is a group of construction enterprises that serves the Oklahoma City metro area and beyond.

Greg founded McAlister Construction in 2001 and since that time, the company has grown from a small, one-person enterprise to a thriving group of companies.
A native of Moore, Okla., Greg started building in areas of his hometown destroyed by the devastating 1999 tornado. His infill project expertise expanded to include historic districts and non-profit partnerships with Positively Paseo and Progress OKC.
Greg enjoys a hands-on approach to construction - designing, managing and even framing certain projects himself, including homes in the mountains of New Mexico and with Habitat for Humanity in Durham County, N.C., and Copan, Honduras.
Greg has served as a member of the board of directors of the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association, Moore Home Builders Association, and as a trustee at Westminster Presbyterian Church. He also has been active in the Urban Land Institute chapter and the National Town Builders Association.
He is married to Robin and they have two children. They enjoy hanging out on their front porch and getting to know the neighbors.

Hailing from Fayetteville, Ark., Josh grew up watching and helping his father do everything from framing houses to running electrical and plumbing in new and existing houses. He has a degree in international business and a background in youth ministry but made a career shift to construction in 2007. He has overseen hundreds of residential and commercial projects for McAlister Construction since then. In addition to his construction know-how, Josh is truly in his element when making personal connections.
Josh and his wife, Miranda, have three children. They love playing sports, snow skiing, and spending time at the lake.
